We love getting involved in careers and education events that help bring pupils and local employers closer together — especially for young people who are starting to think seriously about their next steps.

Our team regularly heads out to DYW (Developing the Young Workforce) events in schools across our project areas. These sessions give us the chance to chat with students, hear their ideas and share what’s happening locally.

They’re also brilliant opportunities to connect with organisations and employers who, like us, are passionate about building a confident, skilled young workforce for Argyll and Bute.
